Individual Users

Overview

In this view, we have a closer look at the individual user management capabilities within the Developer Portal. This area includes in-depth configuration of user accounts, including contact information, profile images, and role definitions.

Detailing User Information

At the top, the user's contact details are displayed with their name and email address. Below the contact details is an option to add or change a user's profile image.

At the bottom of this section, there is a Save button, which is used to commit any changes made to the user profile.

By clicking Actions, the option to delete a user or resend an invitation appears.

Role Configuration

  • No Access - The user is not allowed to use API Control Plane.

  • Basic User - Can create and edit APIs, API Products, and applications within their own organization, and view its environments, plans, and metrics. They do not have any administrative permissions.

  • Admin - Can do everything a basic user can, and also administer their own organization-manage users and invitations, organization settings, approval requests, and audit logs. They cannot customize the developer portal.

  • Global Admin - Has full access across all organizations, including customizing the developer portal and all global settings.
